At Channel 12 Media, we deal exclusively with original content which: Has never been protected by copyright, OR Was once covered by a copyright which has since expired, OR Has been designated as "Distribution Unlimited" by the copyright holder, OR Is being distributed with permission. Having said that, Channel 12 Media retains exclusive copyright and distribution rights to the particular collections, including results of the DVD authoring process. This includes, but is not limited to menu and packaging design, and any and all Channel 12 Media logos.
